Rockets anyone? from RCS

Since my class is studying rocketry, it seemed only natural to include some photos of a rocket from a space center not too far from Arkansas. Can you tell us which space center?
We have posted several questions for you to answer for us. Be sure to send us questions back!
Don't forget to check out the Geminid Meteor Shower this Friday, December 14th! Can you tell us which comet they come from?

Hello, My name is Clai, and I am an eigth-grader at Ridgway Christian School in Pine Bluff!!! (Also, I am a girl so do not get it twisted.)

Like my other classmates, I have a question for you.

The Tungaska Event was reportedly caused by part of a comet or a comet nucleus landing to the Earth. This does not happen often as the explosion had the power of 1,000x of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima, Japan, during WWII. Why is it so rare that comets hit the earth while meteroids often become meteors and sometimes meteorites too?

Go Eagles!!
